This dealership is a joke. I have had jeeps for several years and have been to many Jeep dealerships. I moved last year and this dealership was closest to my house....so when my Jeep was acting up....I went there. It's a really nice new dealership. However, I should have seen the red flag after talking with the service-writer. He was so shifty and sleazier than any car salesperson you've ever met. I walked away from him thinking I needed to take a shower. I did leave my Jeep though to get an estimate. It took them 3 days to get back to me (despite my calls) and when they came back with an OUTRAGEOUS price, I said I would come pick up my car. I took my Jeep to another dealership who fixed the problem for less than half the cost...for the EXACT same scope of work. Okay, so its Jack Powells right to charge whatever they want. However, strange thing after leaving their dealership, my Jeep had NO OIL in the engine. Hmmmm. my Jeep has never leaked oil before....and never leaked oil since. Thankfully, no permanent damage was done to my vehicle.....but I am SURE BEYOND ANY DOUBT....that they drained the oil from my car hoping I would damage it driving away. Interesting thing....the oil light didnt work either.

Funny thing is they asked me to fill out a survey....and I did. They asked if I wanted a followup from management....I said yes. Guess what....they never called.

I have never dealt with a more crooked, shady dealership in 30 years. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!
