Once I scheduled to have my car checked (done without charge), the diagnosis was exactly what the problem was (had consulted a friend that was an automotive engineer before arranging with Masterworks). The job itself was very well done and as has been mentioned in previous reviews, the warranty is well worth the price (well below the dealerships). On another occasion, I had my cooling pump replaced and when the coolant level kept on dropping during my drive in the winter months, they gladly filled me up for free (BMW coolants are not so cheap) before diagnosing that it was a leaky tubing. This was replaced and I have not had any issues 8 months down the line. Prompt, reliable and value is what Masterworks is.
