I brought my car in for a factory recall and I ended up doing some scheduled maintenance as well. Essentially I ended up paying more than $300 for just an oil change. I had requested and got a loaner car, an X1,and it was the dirtiest loaner I've ever gotten with potato chips scattered with in the car, and less than 1/4 tank of gas remaining. I had to vacuum the loaner after I got home. After I got my car back, it didn't seem like the exterior or interior was cleaned.

Other than that my service adviser, John Roy, is highly knowledgeable, professional, and honest as always, and the staff are generally very professional as well.
