Terribly abrupt, rude phone manner by receptionist.
"May I speak to the lettings team please?"
"What is this in regards to?"
"Ummm, a letting...?!"
Sales consultant no better, hanging up before I could even finish my sentence. Calling with serious intent to let a property, but I guess they don't need the business. Will avoid!
