My first time getting a new car ever was here. My experience was excellent. Let me tell you the people that work here, are all top notch especially, Mercedes and Fernando! My whole family (7) have been buying cars here and my mom will only deal with Mercedes, (who is now her friend) she kept telling my mom we need to get your last daughter in here then everyone will have Hondas! Well when I finally had enough with my POS Hooptie car, Miss Mercedes was in Oregon and told us to meet Fernando and he would help us. Fernando was super cool, he didn't pressure me, or try to get me in to something i couldn't afford. I felt comfortable at ease i was really nervous. He was straight up honest and didn't BS me. Then i found out Honda Financial picked me up and i was shook i didn't need a co signer like my sisters it was all me. I legit sat there and cried. If it wasn't for Covid 19 i would have hugged Fernando!! Later i found out Mercedes was checking in with the staff and my mom to make sure we were doing good. I highly reccomend this place.
