The sound is also terrible you can barely hear. NOT The same experience our family had the last time we saw wicked at ASU.

Mentioned it to the ushers and it was handled by a female usher walking around with a thermometer telling everyone the temperature is fine. wow how ridiculous..

All Balcony bathrooms were out of service.

If they know the bathrooms are out of service for the entire balcony and the air-conditioning is not running to its fullest abilities then why are they charging customers full price when they re not getting the same experience as everyone else in the auditorium?

NOT A ENJOYABLE FAMILY OUTING TONIGHT @ ASU.

Maybe just staying with the Arizona Broadway Theater and the other good ones for all shows after this night..
