Michael Hayes did an excellent job selling my Dad s house. Michael explained how the process worked and kept me fully informed throughout the entire procedure. My Dad passed away and left me with an old house that needed work, full of furniture and lots of stuff. Michael connected me with plumbers, electricians, a waste disposal company and even a handy man to fix the small things. No way could I have done all the work needed to get the house ready without Michael s help. Michael was there every step of the way getting the house ready to sell. It was a very difficult time and Michael made it effortless. I highly recommend Michael Hayes. He is a true professional. I m an extremely satisfied customer.
