I don't know about their services in other areas of the country, but in Montana they are excellent. They offered me double the money every other service/local junk yard was offering me for my junk truck. Their customer service was helpful, although they probably called me a little more than necessary to check up on weather or not the tow truck had come. They go through a third party towing service, which in my case was on time and came to my doorstep with a check in hand to tow my old truck.
