Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a residence in Residen...

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a residence in Residential East. You risk being bullied and harassed by the body corporate managers who run one or more of the schemes. You will have no rights and no voice and you will have to pay thousands in fees for the privilege.

Royal Pines resort do nothing about stopping it.

Go buy elsewhere.
