Employees and incompetent customer service manager. We were stunned by the attitude of the employees in this shop: never responsible for anything (you ask an information to an employee who answers you that he does not know, you ask him if he can inquire he answers you that he does not know who but does not help you).
We were told by a seller to sell a product, this seller sold us a product that did not work when we arrived at home. Obviously to know it we had to unpack it. We go back to Darty for a refund and they refuse because the product has been unpacked.
