I stayed here one night and requested a room change due to some noise. They took care of It immediately and took the appropriate time searching for a room that was not near the elevators. Michele went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with where I would be staying. As soon as i got to my next room, she called to see if I was content with the change. Overall, the staff had amazing customer service and they definitely want you to have a wonderful stay and experience. It s a really nice hotel and I wish I could ve had an extra night to enjoy It more!
