Would never use this company ever again. Bank of America uses them as a title company vendor and for appraisals. Luckily, I canceled using them for the title company, but they'd already scheduled the appraiser.

We've had an extremely poor experience using the hired appraiser (Adam C. Gudis - #20011751)
- an appraisal was completed in 2019 1 month prior to Gudis and he came in 60k lower; an appraisal done in 2018 was 30k higher then his;
- his square footage calculations were completely wrong
- he spent 15 minutes in our home and it was over 5000 square feet
- ironically, he's had property liens against him personally (see MD public records)
- he had to take a break every few feet in our home because of breathing issues and could barely keep his balance walking around the house
- completely incompetent
- WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - shame on Bank of America for sending this caliber of person in our home period
