First time for us to stay at Shangri la Edsa and I am so glad we did. The ambiance, staff and service were faultless. We will definitely return.
Laurence, in reception was excellent. As we arrived late, he took us straight to our room and we completed the check in process there, which was minimal. Excellent customer service by Laurence.
Our first morning at bfast was slightly underwhelming and it is mostly due to the staff looking after our table. I don't know her name but the Shangri-la personality was certainly missing! Until Chris came along on day 2 and 3. Massive thank you to Chris for understanding what customer service is all about.
The only part of the hotel where I was slightly dis-satisfied was the service at the lobby restaurant. The service was slow, both times we visited. I certainly had to ask for my water 3 times and everytime, I had to flag someone's attention for service. For that reason, I found myself looking for other places to sit and have a drink! Perhaps it was too busy when we were there?
