Not pleased at all.I was told if my case goes to mediation they would handle it but if it goes to a personal lawsuit in federal court they would not be able to handle it. My case is still pending mediation. I talked to the program director Mr. shumaker. Tired of subtle white people being over programs acting like they care to help combat discrimination against minorities. When in all honesty they do not give a damn. They do nothing which Mr. shumaker did. He also hung up on me and claimed the phones shut off. This place is a scam and I am homeless and cannot afford legal representation. They ask you for a 20 dollar donation. I am glad I did not give it to them. Very rude and selfish people. Partner with private attorney try that can take a couple of cases. Avoid this place. Have no idea why they do not have a program director who cares about what minorities are going through.
