My last visit was with the service department. She was polite, efficient, and very friendly. The work that was completed was beautiful. My car was spotless. This is my first visit with the service department and I am very pleased. Since there was no mechanical work done it was not a stressful situation. However, I would feel confident that I would be treated with the same respect and professional attention if I did have a more serious situation. Thank you to everyone at Fred Martin Ford for treating me so well.
