This is a nice hotel, but the housekeeping staff needs to do a better job. My room was orderly, but not clean. The toilet seat had obviously not been cleaned, one of the pillows on the bed was covered with hair from a previous guest, and most surfaces in the room were covered with a visible layer of dust. The floors in the common areas, like the lobby and hallways, were covered with salt that had been tracked in from outside. It all left a really unfavorable impression with my wife and I. If they'd just put more effort into keeping the place clean, it would deserve the 4+ star rating it has.
