Now, my son after graduating at the top of his Computer Science class (internet security) now works as Director of Technology for a competitor. Watch out Capsim. However, Dan Smith was one of the best guys I ever worked for - Gerhard Plaschka was, without a doubt, the absolute worst - by all metrics.
