I've used Bart's in the past and haven't had many issues but I'm very frustrated with my recent experience. I purchased three xs life vests for my two daughters and niece. They are young teenagers and very slim to say the least. We used the size chart however the life vests were all too small. I honestly do not understand who they would fit?? Anyone slimmer than my daughters, I would have concerns. I would expect in these times with Amazon and Zappos that a company would cover the costs of the returns for different sizes... Bart's did not even slightly consider this as an option. Not very good customer service in my opinion. Probably the last time I will be using Bart's.
