Tigon Karate is an excellent Martial Arts school for all ages. The instructor is knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. He not only focuses on learning the techniques, but also teaches the principles behind the moves (and the movement) in a way that everyone can understand and improve in their skill level. Highly recommended.
