I came in with a persistant dry cough in March. Thinking I had a very bad cold but when I get there, there must be something extremely seriously wrong with me the way they mentioned they need to rule out everything from the extremely rare to my eventual diagnosis of MILD PNEUMONIA. While I didn't know why I was coughing the fact that everything but pneumonia being the first thing to look for was fearsome to behold and experience. If I weren't so scared by their rushed persistant desire to discover a significant illness I would not have let them rack up a bill of 17,000$!!! While it's true they ruled everything out and found a diagnosis, why assume the worst and make me afraid of a freaking cough to the point of making me believe I might have the rarest thing out there to make sure I don't have it.

I will never go to their E.R. again. While some of the staff were beautifully perfessional, some wished they could kill themselves instead of having to check my vitals. Never again will I succumb to the emotional rollercoaster of incompetence, or overly hyped what if's. I'm so mad this E.R. felt my insurance was great enough to make me a guinea pig for a decent 5 hours and all I needed was cough medicine and azithromycin. My bill is ridiculous, and there are so many other great E.R's that anyone should really consider before this one.
