No phones in rooms and no service
Toilets smell like sewers
Towels stained and dirty
Sauna doesn't work
Swimming pool with no temperature control
No easy access to property
No local services
Room looks out into garbage
Rude front of staff
Breakfast which could be compared to a 2 star low end airline charged only for a handy 20
No complaints resolution procedures
No professionally of staff
