I have been placed in Sankalp Semiconductor through this institution's Job Oriented VLSI Course . Although it's true there are lots of scope to improve but still this institution is overall good . Primarily because , in kolkata and West Bengal there is no such institution which provide the opportunity to Entry level VLSI job. If VLSI industry has openings and primarily they recruit through these kind of institutions. that's why being from kolkata it's very hard to get into those companies without travelling else where like Bangalore , Hyderabad and investing in lakh. The course fees are also quite less than giant training institutions all over the countries. VLSI industry is a very interesting and huge money making industry for electronics engennier with lots of scopes of growth. XESP provides students opportunity to enter in both analog and digital domain thorough training and placement . Now one thing I would like to mention may be course material can be improved. You cannot expect the things that will be asked in interview will be completely taught in classroom. But You will get an IDEA. If you expecting Spoon feeding or depending completely on institution to be prepared, for placement , you may get disappointed. If you are self driven , this is the institution for you, to get into VLSI industry .
