Old white lady at the front gummpy . Went in and say good afternoon about 3 times she look dead at me with no answer. Smh

I had a sick animal at home, and I was in dire need of some medical supplies as the order I had placed online was incorrect. The staff was extremely helpful and were able to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service. My mother was being discharged at Holy Cross and we needed some home health supplies. It was 2:30 on a Saturday when I found them on the internet and they had closed at 2:00. I left a message on their emergency line hoping that someone was still there and they called me back within minutes and told me to come on over. They have a vast inventory of home health supplies.

Convenient. Close to the hospital, just down the street. Efficient staff.

This is a pharmacy that I would recommend to anybody! Helpful staff, and very competitive prices make this your go-to pharmacy. Marcen, the Pharmacy Technician, practically runs this pharmacy, and is always ready to help with a smile. I happen to take Ambien 10mg to help me sleep, and over at Walgreens, these 30 are $49.99. I found that out one Sunday, when Medic is closed. Here at Medic Pharmacy, those same 30 Ambien cost a flat $10.00 - making Walgreens 5x more expensive than coming here. ALL the big-chain pharmacies should be ashamed at themselves. Here your just not a number, with not only Rx medicines being at a great value, but anything over the counter being priced low, ranging from supplements to medical supplies. They even do Rx compounding! Again, I recommend this place to anybody for their Rx and medical needs. And have already recommended this place to a few friends.....

Very helpful and knowledgeable about CPAP machines. Service was efficient. They are Courteous to shoppers with special needs. Accessible. Highly recommend.

They're so nice, have a great selection and good prices, and their pharmacist even helped us pick out everything we needed for my mom's foot injury. I am only shopping here from now on.

Total LIE about Wheelchair Rentals. You BUY the wheelchair and then they BUY it back from you. Do not believe their webpage. It's false advertising.

I have been to the store on multiple occasions.
Having two sick parents, I have spent a fortune in medical supplies.
The owner has never been anything but rude and short with me.
Today will be my last visit for sure!
I asked for the measurement of an item I was considering buying.
He sat at his desk, opened a drawer and proceeded to throw a tape measure at me.
I walked out and went to Baileys Medical Supply south on Federal highway.
They had just what I needed and service with a smile and a thank you!
I will never subject myself to his rude behavior again.

Dealt with Maria on 2 occasions (one being a Saturday), super helpful. It's a brick and mortar store, so I expected higher than online prices, especially since I was able to get what I needed immediately and time was most important. Maria was knowledgeable about what they stocked, and happy to offer advice when needed.

I have been this supply store twice. First to buy medical grade honey. The second time to purchase a walker that was 100.00 over priced.
Both times I walked out questioning if it was my imagination or was the man who I believe is the owner was terribly rude and just dismissed me.
I told him his walkers were a little over priced and offered him a lower price in which case he very abruptly told me to go home.
I will not give him my business
I went home and bought the same walker online for 120 dollars less and free shipping.
I would have given this mom and pops store my business, I would have paid the price! But the fact is the older man behind the counter was nothing but put off by us.
Maybe it s time to retire and enjoy the good life!

Worst driver ever, for Medic Pharmacy and surgical Lindberg Wellington, I was driving my car with my two year old in it and he backed right into me damaging my car. I was in disbelief when he told the officer I hit him. Fantastic employee you have working for you was not even paying attention when baking up. His negligence could have caused my son his life. And of course myself money to repair my damaged car.

I've been coming here for years. Marcene is awesome!. She's very insightful and definitely knows her stuff. A lot of the big pharmacies don't seem to care or have time for you but the smaller ones like Medic real refreshing.

Have used Medic Pharmacy for years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the employees and owner. My prescriptions have always been filled accurately and on-time, and the store is laden with essential health goods sold at reasonable prices. The staff are kind, welcoming, and make themselves available to answer questions. Would highly recommend anyone to Medic Pharmacy.

Fast, efficient service. Communication and response time is quick. Medic Pharmacy & Surgical has made my medication much more affordable for me. App is easy to use. I would highly recommend.

I called them like 2 hours ago and they told me they had the N95 mask, 10 for $19.95 and 20 for $34 so I went there and the guy on the counter wanted to charge me $100 for 10 masks, since I was confused and didn't buy them right away, he told me to move away very rudely, so he can help the next customer. Really expensive, overpriced!!! Instead of helping people they take advantage. I would rate 0 star but ut not possible!!!

I had a most unfortunate visit with Medic Pharmacy that I have visited many times. But today was the last. I purchased a $90 infrared thermometer and then by accident saw it online for $55. No problem if it was $5, 10, or $15 more - but $35 was just too aggressive. I called and spoke with Authur one day later who checked with the manager and said I can "return anything". Went back to the store and attempted to return it, and Authur said that I couldn't return it, he said he didn't know they changed their return policy, and the pharmacist was very rude. I am going to reverse the charge on my charge card.

Just from the phone call with the person who took my call I ordered from somewhere else.

Recently my father was hospitalized and we needed some special equipment, the staff at this pharmacy were helpful and answered all my questions. They showed me what I did or didn't need and went out of their way to steer me in the right direction. Prices were consistent with other places I looked into. I would recommend this pharmacy if you need more personal service and questions answered.

Horrible everything! Our epi-pen was stolen from our car on vacation. We had prescription called in. We called to verify we wanted it. Pharmacist said they would order it for Friday - 9am. I told the pharmacist we would pay for it if necessary, we need this. I show up Friday - no medicine. The acted like they didn't care about me or my situation. My daughter has a severe nut allergy - we were to fly out on Saturday! I own my own pharmacy... this was the WORST experience ever!
