Do not use Seat Geek!!!! I bought tickets for a basketball game 2 weeks ago for this weekend on Seat Geek. They said I should have received an email with the tickets but I didn t and then they told me that they should show up in my Ticketmaster account but they didn t. Seat Geek is refusing to give my money back and are unable to send me the tickets. Now they sent me an email saying I should just show up and maybe the venue can help me. Apparently it s my problem they can t send me an email with the tickets that I purchased.
