Went there with Xi'An friends after finishing 2019 SF half marathon. The noodles and bun break into pieces and soak in lamb soup with glass noodles) are really nice and authentic. We order almost every kind of different noodles on the menu. Belt noodle, shaozi noodle and cold skin( left me deepest impression. Meat in pancake ( with either pork belly or lamb is good. The cold dishes are very bad though, definitely not recommended. Will come back to eat belt noodle in the future.
