I have a booking to go visit the Marriott Hotel in December.
Today I tried to phone them just to confirm my booking and if it is safe to travel to the hotel from the airport. Regrettably it seems like not one staff member can speak or understand English!! So they just simply put me on hold or hang up the phone!!

Very Bad Service!!!
