I really have no idea how this company has so many...

I really have no idea how this company has so many good reviews.

My representative was Michelle and when we first spoke about my move, she told me on the phone that there was an 18 day guarantee... doesn t mean it will take that long though! It may very well arrive sooner. . Come to find out, it s 18 BUSINESS days. It was a total bait and switch. They say something better than what it actually is on the phone to get you to use the service. She also told me, their drivers drive on weekends so why it s business days, doesn t make sense.

A couple days after my items were picked up, I received a call from another woman at their office asking what was the earliest day it could be delivered because they had a truck it could go out on that week. I told her that was great! My earliest delivery day was that Friday.

I called to check in on my items a week later and they had no idea what I was talking about. Michelle assured me that no one would have said that. So she insinuated that I was the liar.

They also put me on hold 14 times every time I called. They d put me on hold, then come back and go Hello, oh hi Peyton! Yeah, hold on one minute. They were disorganized and unprofessional.

Finally, I called 3 weeks after my items had been picked up. Michelle then told me it was an 18-21 business day guarantee. She backtracked and admitted she was wrong on this but good lord, get it together! She then just kept talking quickly and over me and just referring to the contract. I understand I should have read it more thoroughly. But that means, I shouldn t have trusted what they told me on the phone. She then hung up on me as soon as she said everything she wanted to to pass me off to the driver. I tried to speak but she literally just *CLICK* HUNG UP ON ME.

Do not use this service. They have insane amounts of competition. You ll pay a little more. But if I could go back, I d pay a couple hundred more to know I could trust the people moving my valuables.

Aside from the people in the office, one of the guys who came to pick up my things was very careless. At one point, he picked up a box I had written EXTREMELY FRAGILE with arrows all over the box showing which way was up. He lugged it off the ground and put it sideways to his chest. I pointed out to him that he was handling my fragile items carelessly.

So I m honestly assuming a bunch of my things will also arrive damaged.

YAY. So glad we paid $2,000 for this cr** service.
