Incredible customer service by the whole hotel. I had my moms 65th Birthday celebration here. We stayed the weekend. Rory at the hotel completely took care of our entire family, including a surprise cake for my mom in the room. When my mom realized what was going on, she started to get tears in her eyes. Rory - you are awesome and our entire family (we travel a lot due to work) is loyal Marriott due to service like Rory provided to us on personal vacation. It truly justifies our commitment to your brand.
