We normally have a good time here but....1.When I made the reservations the representative would not let us combine out points to get an upgraded room she said she had never heard of it. 2. I wanted to go swimming but It was so over chlorinated that my eyes burned just after viewing the newly remodled area. 3.We did not receive any offers/comps/anything for the Birthday boy(the weekend prior to this visit) And lastly, 4 we didn't win a thing, Lol so we indulged in a few adult beverages and needed late check out, the desk attendant said we could stay an extra 30 minutes. REALLY?! I was pissed but decided to think on it and write this review.we normally have a better experience but the last couple of times have been hit or miss (pun intended) Hopefully we will have a better next time as we frequent this casino.
