We attended with Suncare, an elderly group of people and were ushered to the large table at the back of the room. The chairs were so close together it was impossible to get in. When I pointed this out to the lady in charge she said that this is the way it is and nothing could be done. Her attitude was disgraceful. These people are very elderly and need consideration. I myself removed one of the chairs and placed it elsewhere so that enough space could be made to get us in. My views are that they only care about the money and not the comfort of customers. We were a large group spending quite a significant amount and will be reluctant to return.
