Before I even made reservations I called and asked if 3 teenage boys would have fun there to celebrate my 17 year olds birthday they said yes we get there and it's geared more for younger kids under 10. The hot tub did not work our room that was suppose to be for 5 big people did not fit our needs somebody slept on floor after waiting 5 hrs for a roll away bed just for them to say they could not bring us one bcuz of fire hazzard. Did not offer to move us into another room. It was dirty mold on shower curtain. Just not happy spent almost 300.00 for nothing. Would not recommend this place not even for little kids. Cars got stolen and Windows got busted out in there parking lot in middle of night just for them to say there's nothing we can do. Go to Great Wolf lodge. ALOT better for all age groups it's clean ur comfortable ect. Here we are Feb 2018 8 months later still waiting on deposit and for General manager to return my call regarding stay...smh
