Terrible customer service. Installed a visibly and significantly flawed piece of material in our kitchen remodel and insisted that the flaw was normal. No one seeing such a flaw on a sample would ever order the material. Our contractor tried his best to negotiate something better for us, but Five Star wouldn't budge. I try to cover it up, but everyone who visits and helps in the kitchen asks, "What happened to your counter?" I tell them.
