DO NOT EVEN GO TO THEM, IT IS NOT WORTHED. THEY MAKE MISTAKES AND THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR IT.
Shana (the owner) is unprofessional and unorganized. Because of her incompetence I was stranded in Rome with 2 kids and had to purchase tickets at the airport which cost me $10,000. Since they did not want to accept the responsibility, I had to take them to court.
Shana showed up at the court with a third rate attorney who yelled and threatened me in the hallway. I won the case after a the judge gave her attorney a tongue lashing (I guess people in the hallway reported his behavior).
In spite of the judgment they do not want to pay, claiming the business is in dire strait and not making any money!!! I guess we know why.
It is a simple case: They made a mistake, the judge reviewed the evidence and ruled against them and they should admit and pay and move on. It is pathetic to watch how they keep trying various ways to get out of paying for their own mistake.
Since this incident, I have come across 4 other people who have had the same issue and were stranded in various airports due to Artemis Travel s courtesy.
