Kyivstar does not normally serve customers. Some stores are very incompetent to customers. They cheat. When replenishing the account, the monthly fee is not charged. Instead, it is eaten at 10 UAH per 100 megabytes. After which there is still no monthly fee. Tricky money-picking scheme. Very bad. No customer loyalty. For this you have a negative review.
