Ok I know some 'professional' guides give the tour only one star BUT if you're a Guinness fan, the included tasting plus the lesson on how to pour a perfect pint is really without compare, because it the nitrogen difference (you learn about that on the tour). It's self guided so you can go as fast or slow as you want, and includes a free pint you can redeem at any one of several locations inside the tour.
