Visited Walt Disney World from August 16-20 2018. Decided to use a scooter to make life easier for my knees! Was able to request the appropriate scooter for me online. I liked the ease of the drop down menu to choose my Disney hotel. I appreciated that all fees plus insurance were included in price listed. The scooter was available to me as soon as I arrived at the bell hop station and drop off was just as simple when I was departing. I charged it every evening but probably didn't need to. It was fully charged all day and evening. I found the scooter easy to manuver and could turn around in tight spaces. I dealt with Samira and Angel on the phone, both very professional and helpful. I appreciated the follow-up call from Karen to ask me how everything went. Over all it was a a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
