Shipped a product to me over 10 weeks ago, product...

Shipped a product to me over 10 weeks ago, product never came. BBTS keeps blaming it on Canada Post strikes which started way after the product shipped and ended over a month ago. Won't issue refund, or store credit or any type of resolution. Thanks for literally taking my money and delivering absolutely nothing.

Update: they've now told me that I have to wait up to 6 more months for a refund on a product that at this point shipped almost 6 months ago and never arrived. Thanks for offering a refund....but wait nearly a year from when it shipped for us to give you a refund...maybe . LOL absolutely the worst online retail experience I have ever had.
