Just spent four days at Tween Waters in a suite facing the bay. It was a great time with friendly and helpful staff. A bit pricey but a time well had. Their was only one black cloud of the trip and we were not alone, as our friends and others we met on the trip had the same negative experience with the jet ski rental guy. This guy could not be any more unprofessional or rude. He wasn t the least bit helpful when you asked him a question or for help. He all but made fun of you if you asked him anything and made it clear that you shouldn t be bothering him. He had a woman with him on my first negative experience so he was probably trying to show off. Made a fool out of himself if you ask me. My nephew asked him about a parking space and whether it was ok for him to park there and this guy told him it s not his job to park people and blew him off. This guy is the last person I would have interacting with customers. Unprofessional, unkept, rude, sarcastic, and not in the business of customer service. Would have been a five star review without that guy. Photo is our view from our room.
