Just had the worse customer service experience wit...
Just had the worse customer service experience with Google. Bought the Google pixel 2 6 months ago and it won't charge and then it will down charge. Spent too hours on the phone with Verizon did all trouble shooting and was told to call Google to get a replacement phone cause it's under their earrenty. Call speak to a guy that wouldn't let me speak than get told I have to send the phiph back first and then they will send me the replacement. I explained my husband is a delivery driver and has to have his phone and if he does not have one he will lose his job. She said she's sorry that will happen but that's their policy. I asked for her name she said it was Debbie and that is all she can give.
