Tarantino Properties, Inc. is absolutely and completely GARBAGE. They seem to prey on college students by offering suspiciously low prices until you actually sign the lease and then the whole apartment unit falls apart. I have tried to get in contact with the Tarantino supervisor for WEEKS by leaving emails, voice messages, contact info but everyone in charge is impossible to get in touch with. ***I resided in one of their properties by the name of BROOKSTONE APARTMENTS @ VALDOSTA, GA and it was the worst 'first apartment' experience of my life. The leasing manager was very unhelpful and the maintenance guy seem to damage more than he could fix. They began to raise prices without any prior notice or consent from the residence and they made it very difficult to receive a copy of the lease. After all of this, they hired a whole new leasing manager who began enforcing all new rules that did not correspond with the lease, without informing any of the residence. So many unfortunate events happened while being a resident here. I would not recommend anyone live in one of these properties (mainly Brookstone Apts.) under any circumstances, it's just not worth it.
