Always a pleasant experience when I bring my vehicle in for service. Hats off to the shuttle master Steve for always providing a ride to and from home, whenever I take a vehicle in for service. Bonus to Lorenz, a long time sales rep, who was the last person we worked with this week, in buying a used Dodge Caravan there. Last, but not least, kudos to the service team for the efficient and quality care on each visit for maintenance and repair. That's why I will probably buy our third vehicle from there when ready to get one.
