Lunch at 180blu was fantastic. We were greeted right away and service from then on perfect. The grilled cheese was to die for. The tuna tataki salad was also really good perfecly seasoned and lightly dressed made for a refreshing outside patio dining... The view from the lounge is unmatched. With towering views over the Laguna Miguel beach it was an overall 5 star experience as it should be from a Ritz destination....
