Bunch of thieves. $200 and can't find a parking spot. Would give a 0 if possible.

I got a $40 citation for parking on 'grass' in the S parking lot so I don't be late for my class which is a mile walk from my class because I found no other parking spot in the "RARE" S lots. What a disgrace to the university. Absolute trash
