I applied for a job that was posted online and did not indicate "The Dubin Group". Only 5 min after I had sent my resume I got an email from Nicole D'Angelo and we proceeded from there to set up an appt to meet her at their office. So far so good - I filled out the emailed paperwork and drove up to the office (1 hour drive) to just find out that Nicole had to leave for a meeting, with no notice or call to inform me. I had to wait for somebody else to talk to me. The person to whom I then spoke just checked of her questions on her list...10 min later I was out the door. Nicole was supposed to come back to the office 30 min after I left and she would call me to discuss this position I had applied for. I asked kindly to be called in one hour bc I would be still on the road.
I did not receive a call that day. The next day I emailed her with my cell number again...nothing. I left two additional voicemails (after I got a confirmation from the front desk that Nicole was in the office that day)...nothing. I find this firm more then unprofessional, wasted my time and effort for nothing. Seems they are just fishing for their database.
Extremely un-professional. Decided it was time for a career change and decided to use their services based on a trusted recommendation...
My experience wasn't the same unfortunately. Poor follow-up...the only response I received was from the CEO? And that's after his employee didn't respond due to being out..

Jonathon Chesley is a liar. Talks and talks doesnt realize what he is saying and gets caught in his own lies. Wast of time. Send you on interviews to companies who have issues prior applicants. Stay away from this place.
I had an great experience with kelly at the Dubin group,she was very open and give me great details about the job I was applying for,it didn t matter how many time I emailed her she respond very quickly to my questions,She sent my resume over for and position got back in touch with me a couple of days later letting me know that they wanted to meet with me,She spoke with me before and after my interview and I m happy to say I got the job!!!!!!!!!!!

Annie the recruiter I worked with was always so pleasant to talk with and always responded to my calls. She always followed up with me on any questions I had quickly and I would recommend this agency to anyone seeking employment in the area.
Seemed helpful at first but after a few days things went south. The woman(Wendy F) i was working with seemed to have a power trip and showed me little respect. Stay away from this agency unless you want to feel belittled by a recruiter.
My recruiter Jon Chesley worked closely with me over the course of several months until he eventually placed me with a great job at a great company. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was prepared for phone screenings, emails, interviews and everything in between. Most recruiters aren't nearly as dedicated as he is, so I have to give Jon and the Dubin Group my highest recommendation!
