Good Afternoon! Unfortunately, my Mother was recen...

Good Afternoon! Unfortunately, my Mother was recently admitted to Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Facility Phyc unit and we are having a lot of trouble receiving proper diagnosis, rude responses from doctors and no follow-through with paperwork to transfer her to another facility. When we are finally able to get the phyc doctor in person, he is accusatory, aggressive and is not providing us with any proper phyc diagnosis to an 83 year old women suffering with potential dementia and stage 4 metastatic cancer. We would like to know how the hospital as a unit will provide us with help in solving this very serious problem before is escalates into something more serious. Thank you very much.
