Until today, I would have given BDC a 5. Great instructors & class choices BUT the desk staff and info when you call SUCKS. As a professional performer, my time matters, as does everyone's - I called last night to see if I needed to sign up in advance for a certain class & was told NO. I arrived way early today anyway - after calling AGAIN today to see about advance sign ups - only to be told I was too far down the wait list to get in. (Not like I came late!) My round trip will be over 4 hours of travel time + travel costs - totally wasted. VERY disrespectful. I had posted positive stuff about BDC on my social media & encouraged others to go - I won't be rushing to do that again!!

UPDATE: BDC management did follow up to apologize & address my concern, which I really appreciate - so adjusting my review.
