Entered ER hypoxic and very very sick . In hospital for 6 days in with fungal double pneumonia....
EVERY single person that I dealt with had the utmost professionalism and patient care as their priority. I never have been so well taken care of.....EVER...

From the cleaning crew to the person(s) delivering my meals...ALWAYS Courteous, attentive, and professional.

Thank you is NOT a big enough term for the gratitude I have for the 3 south team of nurses and assistants. I am truly and wholly impressed. The amount of care given enabled me to not worry about anything other than my recovery.

The Respriatory technicians were some of the most professional people I have ever met. EVER.... EACH and everyone went above and beyond during EVERY interaction (every 4 hours) to ensure my comfort and answer any questions I had. Burt in ER gave me my life back, NO BS. To not be able to breathe at all was a truly scary situation. He continually checked on me to guarantee I was recovering properly. That is enormous when in this type of situation...
Once inpatient, Mike was especially knowledgeable and desired to help me understand my new norm. He even made a suggestion to my Dr helping expedite my recovery while ebbing much of the discomfort from my issue. You don't get that level of dedication every day!

My only critique is more about dealing with billing situations while still freaking out being in the ER. Asking for full payments and other things in the middle of a personal crisis sucked but am unsure how to resolve. I understand the need but it could be handled at a different time.
Outside of that hiccup TOP NOTCH!
Wish I could vote it 10 stars
