Spoke with Joanie Smerdzinski (Senior Account Executive) who was helping me with a login account issue. Spoke with her several times during the week. She finally decided to take care of very thing for me. She did not hang up the phone correctly and I over heard her make comments about me and calling me stupid. This is very unprofessional and will not use this company again. Shame on her.
