Quite possibly my worst customer service experienc...
Quite possibly my worst customer service experience in my life. The saga extends over a 5 month period. I come in with a script for a specific knee brace and request it by name. However I was told by Active Medical what I needed (so much for listening to the customer). So after a quick bait and switch tactic and $3,000 later a completely different set of knee braces were ordered. They were not right and couldn t be used. Active Medical has refused to order the prescribed braces or issue a refund to my insurance so I can get the right braces elsewhere. Since then I have called another local provider and they bent over backwards to serve me, listen to me, take the proper measurements and get me the prescribed knee braces all within 3 weeks. If you want good customer service and medical equipment as prescribed then AVOID Active Medical.
