the staff is friendly and professional, the artists are great, i have several tattoos and even when my previous artist moved out of town i decided to stick with the Ink Factory and talk with one of the many amazing artist in the shop and i found my new guy that did an amazing job on the last 3 pieces.
would definitely recommend the shop as they have a great level of professionalism, so many amazing artists and a great vibe
